Irth Designs Online Returns Policy & Your Consumer Rights
We hope you will be very happy with your purchase from Irth Designs, however, you are entitled to a full refund on any items purchased online if you inform us within 14 days of purchase. The items must be returned unused and in their original packaging to Irth Designs within 28 days of purchase. If you inform us you would like to return goods purchased online after 14 days of purchase we can offer you an exchange or credit note up to 28 days after your purchase.
Returns will only be accepted from the person who originally bought the item.
Irth Designs Ltd. will only refund the value of items returned and not the original delivery charge. Delivery charges incurred by returns and exchanges must be paid for by the customer.
To make a return, please enclose your name, contact details and proof of purchase and send the unused items back to our returns address:

Once we receive the items back in good condition, a refund will be issued within 14 days. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Please make sure you keep your registered delivery receipt, as we are unable to accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transit. This does not affect your statutory rights.
The following goods are exempt from being returned:
- Perishable goods such as food.
- Gift cards
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
- Books with obvious signs of use.
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 28 days after delivery.
If you would like to cancel your order please email us as soon as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org and if your order hasn't been sent yet we can give you a full refund. If your order has already been sent then we will refund you within 14 days of us receiving the unused items back.
Repairs and replacements
In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty item, please take a photo of the fault and inform us as soon as possible. We will do our best to replace or repair faulty items or offer a refund if the items are returned within 6 months of purchase.
